Hiral Labs Ltd. have two manufacturing sites that includes three manufacturing plants located in Bhagwanpur industrial zone in the state of Uttarakhand, India. Both sites are just 5 kms apart from each other. It is just 18 Kms from main town ROORKEE on New Delhi - Dehradun National Highway and 200 kms from national capital New Delhi. Nearest Airport is at Dehradun, 55 Kms. from the site. Nearest Railway Station of Roorkee is 18 Kms. from the sites.
Manufacturing plant at site 1 (Sisona) is spread over 5,900 sq. Mts. of land with three storied build-up area of 7,500 Sq. Mts. Plant is designed and equipped with latest machinery to deliver standard quality pharmaceutical finished dosage on time with flexibility of batch sizes. In this plant we have three separate buildings to manufacture Liquid Injections, Tablets, Capsules, Ointment & Creams, Oral powders, Oral Liquids, Eye and Ear drops... A well equipped chemical, instrumental and micro-Lab; and, administrative buildings are located at this site. We also have dedicated block for research and development of new formulations.

Pharmaceutical Unit-2 is situated at Sikandarpur site having land area of 18,000 sq. Mts. Two storied building with constructed area of 2,605 sq. Mts. Is dedicated for manufacturing of Oncology Injections (Liquid and Lyophilized). Plant is designed as per EU-GMP standards and equipped with latest machinery. A well-equipped chemical, instrumental and Micro-Lab is located on first floor while ground floor is reserved for production. Separate utility building is also constructed to cater to manufacturing plants at this site.

Nutraceutical & Health Supplement manufacturing Unit is also situated at Sikandarpur site. Plant is accredited with A+ grade from regulatory body FSSAI. We latest machinery installed to manufacture Herbal and Vitamin Tablets, Capsules, Oral Liquids and Oral Powders. DM water generating system and AHUs are placed on 1st floor of the building.
